The house is located directly on the bike path Via Claudia, 2 minutes walk from a supermarket and bakery. 5 minutes to the playground. The doctor and the center of the village can be reached in 7 minutes on foot. Our newly built apartment in the Tyrolean Oberland is located on the ground floor with garden / terrace. 50m2 pure oasis of well-being with a master bedroom made of pine wood and a children's buoy also made of Tyrolean pine wood. Free Wi-Fi available.  In front of the apartment there is plenty of space to relax after a great hike. For the cold season you have a ski boot dryer available. A free parking space directly at the house.

The apartment is on the ground floor. Consisting of living and dining area, 1 bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with children's buoy. Both from pure natural pine wood from Pfunds! Tyrolean stone pine bedroom 2m x 1.80 m, children's buoy 2m x 0,90m - bunk - pine wood, no smoking, no pets, underfloor heating in the entire apartment. A bathroom with shower and toilet. The modern bathroom has a shower and toilet. Furthermore, there is a top equipped kitchen with living and dining area. Coffee maker, kettle. The dining area offers plenty of space with a cozy corner seat and next to it is a couch with TV.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 21:00 and departures from 06:00 to 10:00.
