Rarely available Townhouse with 6 bedrooms and 9 beds total combined to create this over 3000 SqFt home. This recently renovated building is located on N. 3rd street and Vine in close proximity to all the galleries, quick access to all major highways and bridges, plenty of free street parking.
Each apartment is a full floor-through loft and has a washer and dryer, fully applianced kitchen, Central AC & Heat, high ceiling, tastefully furnished.
• Please take your shoes off inside the apartment. It’s a win win situation.
• check in is at 4pm. Checkout is at 12pm.
• Towels can be found inside each dresser. Missing towels will be charged to the guests.
• Parking is free on various streets, there’s no free allocated spot to the apartment & it’s either free 24/7 or with 2 hour limit until the evening. Please watch the signs THIS IS A TOW AWAY ZONE. A parking map can be found online among the listing images.
• Dirty kitchenware must be left in the dishwasher and please turn it on if needed with a capsule before your checkout.
• Conserve energy – please turn off all electric devices & appliances when exiting the apartment.
• Garbage - For guests that are staying for more than a week – please leave your garbage bag outside the building door on Thursday night only. Pickup is Friday am. NO TRASH IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE EXCEPT THURSDAY PM.
• Noise & Neighbors – please be mindful of the people that live here so we can keep this community respectful. No parties and no loud music.
• No smoking - alarm will be triggered for the whole building!
• Please don’t use the garbage disposal.
• DO NOT MOVE ANY FURNITURE.
• Lock the door after you by pressing the lock symbol on the keypad. It doesn’t lock itself automatically.
• Please leave all used towels and sheets on the bed at the time of checkout.
