The parking option was a plus, and the location. I didn't appreciate hearing what was going on in the adjacent room, nor having to call for an ironing board for the room. The misinformation was that there is a television in the bedroom. The lady on the desk was kind, but the guy who was with her seemed preoccupied with something before checking us in and it was evident in are interaction.

Incredible stay in Philadelphia

From the moment we checked into the moment, we checked out, we had an incredible experience. The rooms were clean fresh and inviting. Beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms were not only spacious, but very comfortable. The kitchen and that was amenities were an additional plus, as well as the in room laundry. The staff was amazing and were very attentive to our needs. The fact that there was an on-site garage just added to the overall experience I highly recommend it.

Great place overall and would definitely recommend and come back. I think they could enhance the experience by adding a couple pots in there, since there’s a stove. Also, a couple of bigger bowls would be great, when trying to warm up a soup. Everything else was great!

We stayed one night and you get what you pay for. The staff were great. The in-room amenities were very limited i.e. no iron or ironing board, no coffee, no tea. You can hear people walking around upstairs. Stains on the linens. Stains in the new shower. But, once again, you get what you pay for. Parking is very expensive $40 per night.

I stayed here for my birthday it was really nice, i loved that they had a dryer and washer inside as well as a roll in shower for my wheelchair users. The walls are thin but that didn’t bother us!

The size of the suite was good, but there was intermittent knocking in the walls throughout the night and early morning that made it very difficult to sleep. The front desk said they would make a note, but couldn't do anything about it. Very dissatisfied that we didn't get any sleep during our stay.
