Don’t miss out on this gem!

Hotel condition was very modern, clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were friendly, professional and always welcoming! We communicated a very minor repair just for awareness, and while we were out enjoying the city it was repaired… on a Sunday! Oh almost forgot a very important point, location, location, location everything is within a 20-30 minute walk. Great restaurants, historical sites and safe neighborhoods. When we return to Philly we will definitely stay at Canopy again!

The housekeeping department needs to be revamped. I had to go to the desk twice, once on Saturday and again on Sunday to find out why I hadn’t received housekeeping services and this was 4:00 in the afternoon and again at 6:00pm. I had to ask for tissues and then they didn’t leave extra toilet paper. When your bed is only made up one in a 3 night stay something is wrong.

The staff was very kind and checked up on us after a mishap in the room. The hotel was extreme safe and the area was very nice ! It’s super close to Chinatown and popular spots so we were never bored and basically walked everywhere. I’d stay here again!
