9th Street is a culinary haven. You have the farmers market just a few blocks away as well as many restaurants and cafes all within walking distance. We are only three blocks from Pat's King of Steaks (invented the Philly cheesesteak) and rivals Geno's.

A 24-hour CVS and a full supermarket are 2 minutes away on foot.
