Always desired to stay here. ….and did. Reserved a suite that came across as clean & great. However, the door was jagged at the bottom. I had to push it open. Whatever was at the bottom of the door ruined the floor. I usually can enter a Hotel Suite with greatest of ease. Not that night. Was given another suite. Same problem with the door, but not as bad. I traveled over 800 miles. Tired & Sleepy, Hotel room no2# had aroma to it. Something was sprayed. Not given NEW CLEAN ROOM. I shared this information with Hotel Front Desk. I was advised to email complaint w/photos of jagged door & scratch to floor. Appreciation to front desk personnel for promising that my $50 ACCIDENTAL COST will be refunded to me proper. I’ll inform my CC-People of my ordeal. Also, I read about free parking. Thanks to Floyd he waived the $14 fee & offered a refreshment from the cafe. (Nice gesture) I was absolutely unsatisfied. One major thing kept coming to me. Location of each room had me shook. I didn’t even come out for breakfast. Just being completely honest. (Lovely area) Thanks 👋
