Booked this hotel specifically to go for a swim while there and the pool was out of service. I was disappointed about that. Location and staff is great and parking fee is lower than other nearby hotels.

Staff was pleasant and the room was clean, but there were a few oddities. The mini fridge in the cabinet is only on for 2 hours at a time and must be manually turned back on. So don't trust it to keep your drinks or food cold for an overnight stretch or during the day if you're out exploring. Room 316 (2 Queens) had one comfortable bed and one that no longer offered anything close to support and was actually uncomfortable with its cavernous dip. That mattress is well overdue for replacement.

Check in was very slow. There was nobody even at the desk for a long period of time and then when it was finally our turn, they gave me a hard time about the card I was using for my security deposit, which makes no sense because it’s a major MasterCard that I use for all my traveling. I was not aware they paid an extra additional fee to pay for parking. There was lots of small children running around unsupervised the hotel staff did not seem to care.

Sign in hotel said $15.00+tax to park your car whitch came to $20.00 per night. Charged $21.00 for the same breakfast buffet that is complementary at other places. Also this hotel lets you know you booked thur a third party and treats you differently. Im done with Marriott and third party bookings.

I never had the opportunity to check in because they neglected to tell me they did not accept my bank card after I made a reservation and paid online. I am a traveling nurse and I must say I’ve never been treated so rudely especially by the black girl with glasses who was checking people in.
