Host was very responsive and amenable. The apartment is in a phenomenal location and has many great restaurants surrounding it; along with beautiful, historic architecture. You have to pay for parking, but there is a reasonably priced lot across the street that regularly has spaces available... If I have to return to a project site in the area, I will undoubtedly stay here again

Disliked: Cleanliness
The apartment was half-cleaned. There was one used towel with dirt stripes hanging on the shower door. Another towel, supposedly clean (rolled up and placed on the bed) had staines.Cockroaches are running in the kitchen. They actively ran towards my meal. One climbed my cup of milk as i was about to take a sip. The host responded quickly and promisted to fix everything but nothing happened. The next day i wrote to him again, the same happened. I asked him to cancel my booking for next week. He said he'd look into this, but nothing happened for 4 days. Stay away from listings by Paul Patrick.
