Host was very helpful and welcoming. The location was great and I had no issues with parking. The room was beautiful and the shower was very nice. Air conditioning/heating was a big plus along with the smart tv in both the bedroom and the living room area. The kitchen area was very nice and has many options for cooking although I ate out for most of my stay inPhilly. Overall I would recommend this room!
