The elevator didn’t work the 3 days we were there. Our room was on the top floor. Taking luggage and other items up and down stairs all weekend wasn’t a pleasure. Our room was right next to the elevator and what ever was wrong with it was very loud and made our room shake.

The living area, kitchen, laundry, bathroom bedrooms we’re all very nice. The fact that it is so close to the train waking you up at five in the morning on I think should’ve been mentioned but that’s Fishtown. my room one oh one could hear any water running upstairs running through the walls kind of creepy and the day I was there there were building a new sidewalk right outside my window so early mornings were not so good then I was not there until late in the evening, so I can’t really tell you what happens all during the day. I like the place the towns bursting at the sea so I’m sure it’ll be a very successful for your company.

the location was fabulous, could walk anywhere in fishtown and there is plenty of dining, shopping, entertainment to enjoy. the apartment is definitely not sound proof and the folks above were noisy until 5 am one night Parking though is the deal breaker. It was unclear until we arrived at 9p to understand there was absolutely no where to park, even a pay garage available. the customer rep was not helpful to problem solve and the app didn't offer any help All of this could have been mitigated if we had known to pre purchase a garage spot or if there was some guidance where street jparking is ok

The apartment was clean, had a balcony and is in a great area of Fishtown. Restaurants and bars were close by, the neighborhood was very walkable, and everyone it seemed was walking a dog, which I loved. Great communication, easy check-in and entrance, and a great neighborhood at a reasonable price makes The Frankford a great bargain. We will definitely stay again when in Philadelphia.

We found numerous items hanging loose from the wall. Toilet paper holder, etc. very noisy and pot filled smoke in common areas . Not a very good environment for our grandchildren. Master bedroom bath had a ceiling water leak with heavy mold growing in shower ceiling.

It was wonderful to stay here! We stayed in their 2bd 2bt option and it comfortably fit all six of us. This location is right next to a rail way, so it could be used as white noise for some but could keep others up all night. I enjoy hearing the train, but it was an issue for one person. The parking is an issue if not taken into account, but that's more on the city itself than Stay Cozy. All in all a great stay, but would advise to research the area if you're not familiar!

Front door handle was broken for 5 days. It was still broken when we left.
This is a table in room 303. It looks like something hot was dropped on the table. This was here when our friends arrived.
