The sink remained clogged the entire stay. The room was never cleaned. Everything was beat up and old. However, the beds were comfortable.

Good sleep

The wall-mounted hair conditioner dispenser didn't work -- it looked like a prior guest squeezed it the wrong way and caused it not to work -- like they squeezed the bottle from the front instead of on the sides. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable, and I had a good sleep. Complimentary breakfast room was nice.

If I could it would be zero stars! Hotel is very dirty. One of my rooms had bed bugs. I got bed bug bites all over my body. They gave me another room but it was dirty.

Love it here. Staff is awesome, friendly, helpfull and very very respectful. Also very attentive to my needs. Highly recommend booking a stay here. Clean fresh smelling rooms.

The hotel is very close to the airport. The front desk staff and manager were nice. There was some hair in the shower and the comforter was dirty. When I asked for it to be replaced. They dropped off a new one but did not switch out the old one. Because I had to switch out the old one I was able to see how filthy it really was. I wouldn’t stay there again. They do have good lighting in the bathroom though!

It was an older building which is fine, but it wasn’t a clean room. The towels that were presumably folded as “clean” were dirty and hadn’t been washed. Stains/spots on the towels came off with use. There was a dusty type dirt on the floor. There was hair and remnants of the previous person showering there. It seemed the only thing taken care of in the room was the bedding. The sink had small unknown fuzz balls in it as well. The staff was friendly and courteous, and it was fairly easy to catch a Lyft from the location, but I wouldn’t stay at this location again due to the lack of cleanliness. There was a significant gap between the door and the door frame. This made me concerned about the security of the door and the bolt being able to securely latch. Again the staff was friendly, but due to the lack of upkeep I’d stay at a different Comfort Inn or a different hotel.

I’m glad there was an airport shuttle. There was spackle on the walls that wasn’t painted. I had to add another night because I arrived early. One of the hotel managers came to my room wanting proof that I had reserved the other two nights, which I showed him on the Expedia app. The room was in a poorer part of Chester, and there were loud noises. I don’t recommend this place.

Mohit was very nice & welcoming, made sure we were comfortable. Also I don’t remember his name but he was the 3rd shift driver for Friday & Saturday night, he was also very welcoming

The worst hotel I ever stayed in my hole life, no internet in the room, poor customer service, no carpet in rooms and worst of all no amenities of any type. I believe this is the worst hotel in whole universe.
