**The Kitchen: fully equipped with a brand new stainless steel refrigerator, glass kitchen and white cabinetry, dishwasher, tea kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and electric stove. The open floor plan allows you to chat and socialize while you cook! Unit also has new washer and dryer for clothes!

**The Living Area: Large and cozy area with a convertible couch for you to relax on after a long day of working or exploring Philly! The entire apartment is hard flooring with the living area accented with a modern designed. An extendable dining table that doubles as a work space for your business needs. Free Wifi and a smart tv for your evening entertainment.

My daughter and I were very comfortable in this spacious and well-designed apartment. Comfy beds- we slept very well there. The attractive living area gave us a great place to hang out together, and the kitchen and bath both had everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised that there is a washer/dryer in the unit. The two flights of stairs weren't a problem for us, and we found some good resaturabts within walking distance. It's just a quick walk to Jefferson Station from there. A great home base for our visit to Philly!
