Place was terrible the room wasn’t clean the tub was dirty also had bugs the smell in the overall building was also terrible staff was great but everything else wasn’t the check in was horrible they gave me a key to a room that wouldn’t open for me or staff this place needs work bad

Staff was very nice, but this is an extended stay location meaning people stay here longer term so it isn't an ideal overnight hotel. On the dirtier side, smelled in the hallway, but the bedding/towels were clean which is all that really mattered for a single night's stay. Area doesn't have a lot to offer. There is a Ruby Tuesday's and Wawa's walking distance. Close to the airport. No shuttle to hotel. Overall, it was fine for the night but not a stellar hotel by any means.

Nice room, pretty big with a kitchenette. The building was no smoking but definitely smelled like cigarettes, but otherwise it was clean. Convenient location relative to the airport - aviut a 5-10 minute drive.

Received 2 keys for my stay but one of them did not work. The lady at the desk was able to help. There’s a weird smell in the room almost like incense were lit.

when i arrived there was no clerk at the desk, gave it a little knocked. me and someone else was there waiting to check in for over 30 minutes. We both contacted the hotel someone was ringing the phone, but she wasnt there. She finally come out with a attitude about her job, and got the cards still wrong took another 30 to get in the rooms. Cards wasnt working, then the hallways are so nasty you can smell the animals, and the cigg smell ewwww. That is a lived in hotel do not book just nasty !

Not a place to stay with family

Terrible place, the place stinks everywhere, the check-in area, the hallways, rooms. The rooms are dirty, broken ovens, dirty ranges, dirty sinks, the toilets flush sounds like a plane fly by. The doors don’t lock properly. The access cards, lock gets blocked quite frequently, had to visit the front desk to get it reprogrammed. Missing blankets, they were issued upon request, however the front desk asked me to come and collect it from the reception area. They were not delivered to the room, ideally they should be bringing it to the room as it was missing at the first place.

Roaches

We were in Philly for an event, booked this hotel online. After a 5.5 hour drive, we arrived at 2 pm, front desk, rudely, "no check ins until 3 pm." Not a big deal, couldve been nicer about it. Arrive back at 3 pm, they need $100 deposit. I was never made aware of this, UNTIL checking in. Front desk (manager), thankfully, was able to bypass the security deposit. (At this point, I was very thankful for that.) So, we get to our room a little after 3. (Always check for bed bugs and roaches) Out of the hotel by 515 pm, 530 at the latest. We arrive back after 1 am; we turn the lights on, roaches scatter. Packed up our stuff, went to front desk. The kid at the front desk, had no idea what was going on. Told him we checked in at 3, spent literally 2 hours in room and came back and theres roaches in our room, so were checking out. He didnt act surprised, meanwhile, my daughter and I are absolutely DISGUSTED. Ask for a refund, he rudely says, "No." Said i have to have proof (i do) asked if he wanted it , said no, i need to talk to the mngr; Manager gets in at 7 am. No apology, nothing. Call hotels.com, they reach out, same story, need to talk to mgr. Screen grab from the video..where there is one or two....theres MORE. And for a nonsmoking hotel, the smell of marijuana is overpowering and EVERYWHERE.

awful, literally the worst. made reservations weeks in advance called and made sure check in was 18+ they confirmed it twice, we get there after a 6 hour car ride at 10:30 p.m and the worst employee i have ever witnessed took 5 minutes to get to the desk and then proceeded to tell me we weren’t allowed to check in due to being under 21, told her we called weeks in advance and she told us it didn’t matter and walked away.

Nasty Stinky Hotel

The hotel is nothing like the pictures. The was disgusting, nasty, stunk really bad through the hallways, old stinky carpet everywhere with stains on the floors throughout the hotel. Do not stay here. You have been warned.
