The nighttime Desk clerk was awesome. The rooms were clean the continental breakfast, and the lady provided the service for it. Top-notch hotel is a little dated, but it also adds character that me and my wife enjoyed.

Breakfast was perfect, for continental top rating. Staff was amazing. Location perfect. Only issue which is an isolated case, was we found a tshirt from previous guest in the corner of the room by the desk. Was handled and taken care of while we were out. Thank you

We drove over 5 hours and got in around 9 pm. The staff at the front desk was pleasant, he checked us in but the room he assigned us was very not cleaned from the prior occupants. We dragged our luggages downstairs to let him know about the issue. He assigned us to another room, went to the room only to find out that the 2nd room has not been cleaned either. The 1st room was assigned to us before we got there so I don't understand why it wasn't cleaned prior to our arrival. Finally, the front desk employee checked the 3rd room for us prior to giving us the key. He mentioned the room was for "elite members". The room's AC barely worked, the trash cans didn't have liners, the body wash was empty. Not the Marriott experience we expect.

Yes the room was heated and comfortable. Very kind and helpful staff in the front desk. Room is exactly as described and they did not ask e for a $100 deposit like the previous place asked me for. Excellent so far.

We had a very spacious clean room. The breakfast was amazing. The only thing I didn’t like was the check-in process. It took over 25 minutes to check-in. The lady at the front desk was new so she had notes and made sure she did everything right so I won’t take point away for that. It was an inconvenience to myself but understandable.

This hotel got the job done. The area is meh. It is five minutes from the biggest mall. The parking lot is shined to two other hotels. The lot is a bit dark and not fantastic. I wouldn’t have felt comfortable as a woman alone. But certainly not dangerous. The hotel is clean and efficient. Breakfast was hot and well stocked. The attendant was great. Had the place to our selves. The room was decent and beds were comfortable. It was clean. They were doing maintenance work on our floor. Woke up to drills and saws at 7:30 in the morning. This was a trip to move my daughter in to school. Also the windows on one side abut a roadway that goes around the mall. It was noisy and highway lights were on all night. If you have young kids this would have not been good. All in all for the price and location it was a good value.
