Disappointed

We stayed for 5 days and the first day we checked in i wish they would have told me that there was going to be work done at the property and the breafast would be shut down there breakfast contains water, banana,muffin coffee for 3 out of the 5 days then the pool had so much chemicals in it my grandsons skin had bad red marks all over him and the ventilation was horrible the chemicals were burning our eyes so that was out then the workout room was also closed because they put all the materials in there from working on painting so no after traveling 3000 miles thinking i was staying at a nice hotel with all these wonderful amenities that i paid for .this was a very big disappointment the only thing i can take away from this hotel is the staff was extremely nice i also left a very clean room

Rooms and bathrooms are clean, hotel was clean and it was inviting.the room we was in didnt have the best smell, but ater i cleaned and sprayed it, i was greatly satisfied. Overall the hotel has thus far been the best hotel in hirsham that we have stayed in so far.
