This is an old building in need of much repair. Our TV never worked, even though I requested assistance 3 times. No one came to the room to help us with this. Worn wallpaper in the bathroom, and paint in the bath area. The front took our credit card for "extra charges, if needed" for $125. This seemed like standard procedure, and we had previously never had a additional charge. AFter our 2-night stay, we were charged the $125 AND AN ADDITIONAL UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE of $50!!! with no warning. After many emails (with no response to my last email on 9/23), we were told that there was blood on the sheet. I asked if the sheet was treated and washed but got no answer. I'm sure hotels get discounts on sheets, and no attempt seemed to be made to spray the affected areas and wash them. I will never stay in a Best Western again. BEWARE!!!. My next step is to make HQ aware of this abuse of our credit card.

The hotel was under renovation. The hallways were dirty. The elevator was beat up from them moving things and I was concerned about the smoke detectors in the hallways were covered in tape over the weekend when nobody was working . I didn’t think that was a very good idea and the bathroom needs a second update.

corporate Greed so obvious. Staff trying but was like a low budge roadsice motel. No breakfast, shut down early, dirty rooms. no water in lobby. Major cost cutting measures and high rates. Awful

The stairwell was dirty with a pizza crust on the floor. It remained there my entire stay. The toilet didn’t flush properly and the room is just outdated. I paid more for the deposit than my room itself. The security guard stayed on the computer the entire evening. I would not stay here again.

The hotel was in a quiet, convenient location. The room was spacious and clean. The shower fixtures were showing their age, but still worked. Breakfast was included in the price. Good value for the money.

Check-in was quick & easy. The gentleman at the desk was very friendly & professional. He was apologetic about the condition of the facilities & lack of pool, as they were undergoing a renovation. Even so, the room was clean and decent. Breakfast was good - the lady managing the breakfast was very friendly & kept everything in great order. Even with the renovations ongoing, I would return here if staying in the area.
