HORRIBLE! Came at check in rooms weren’t available for over an hour and I booked for the 8th to the 9th and they booked a 2nd night without my authorization for the 7th which resulted in me coming as a no show and being charged. I had to call hotels.com to sort it all out in which the hotel couldn’t do much and I had to be temporarily charged full price for the hotel with no discount. The room I booked 8-9 was king size and they had NONE available so we settled for 2 beds queen but went to the room and the tub had black spots on it and it just wasn’t anything I could settle for. I asked for a refund and booked a hotel down the road 16 min away which was phenomenal. I’m still stuck on how the cleaning crew didn’t have rooms ready when everyone in the lobby was there at check in. The wait was horrible my food I brought in was cold it was just bad energy and I couldn’t stay longer now waiting on my refund from hotels.com and this terrible hotel. The front desk was helpful and it was not her fault but the hotel itself needs to tighten up because it was very unprofessional. How do you book a extra night on someone’s account without authorization? I would have went the 7th if I was aware but even then I requested a king bed. Still upset and my reservation was canceled for a restaurant nearby. Very upset. -1 star
When I checked in I was given a key to my room by a gentleman who was on the phone helping someone but never acknowledged me until after he hung up. When I went into my room the tub was dirty, I called the front desk and they gave me a key to the room next door. The key didn’t work. There was a janitor in the hallway with a master that was kind enough to open the door and advised that the front desk clerk would come back up with my room key. He never came. Once I entered the room, I did another inspection and the toilet was disgusting. I didn’t make a big fuss but I was sure to let someone know. As I was leaving out there must have been a shift change because original guy was gone and there was a young lady there whom I told about my room. She told her shift supervisor who said she’d take care of it. She never did. As I was checking out, the guy that checked me in was back on his shift and I expressed dissatisfaction. He told me that the General Manager would be there shortly and he would have him give me a call. I never received a call. Needless to say…. I’ll never stay at this hotel again. Cleanliness in a hotel is vital and this hotel failed.

Room has no bathroom fan, not enough coffee/tea supplies,, towel supply and service. Charging for water, parking and WiFi if I’m not a Hilton member is disappointing. Many of the other hotel chains are more accommodating.
The staff service at night is terrible, if they have activities at the hotel the music is too loud and if you ask to the staff for help or move to another room their answers are extremely rude and unhelpful.
Stayed for 3 nights and no housekeeper came to refresh or tidy the room. This was unacceptable.
The front desk attendants were very polite and helpful when engaged.

Friday there was a wedding party at the hotel. The group was basically out of control blasting music in the parking lot and running through the halls until 4:30 am. I had to be at work at 7am. I had an hours sleep that night.
They brought coolers of alcohol into the bar/lounge area which could have definitely put the liquor license on jeopardy. The bartender said they disregard her warning.
My main point is that someone, representing the hotel should have intervene d and stopped this. It was completely unacceptable....4:30 am they left the parking lot and went to their rooms yelling and being obnoxious.
