The first room they gave us was occupied. The second room they gave us had a drilling noise that was intolerable. The third room they gave us was okay, but just okay. Bathroom needed attention - particularly the bathtub. When we asked to move rooms because of the intolerable drilling staff were not eager to help us.

Room was not clean. Hotel refused to accept IHG platinum status. Shuttle service was appealingly awful. Driver refused to pick up passengers at terminal F so 4 of us finally had to get an Uber. This morning, shuttle was late and not big enough for all the guests who needed to use it. Also, front desk clerk lied that hotel was full when I tried to book directly, then refused to put our IHG member number on our stay.

The room was good but the door bracket latch was barely holding on, only one screw was secure so it would have been relatively easy to break into the room, thankfully I arrived at such a late hour I was asleep merely minutes after arriving.

Breakfast was ok. We came down late just before the end of breakfast and turkey sausage was dryed out. Egg and cheese omelet was tasteless. Muffins and bagels were good. Juice good. Coffee piping hot and not overly strong.
