The room and hotel condition was excellent. The issue was there was no hot water so we were unable to shower. Unable to travel home due to distance, we were forced to keep our reservation. The room was super clean and comfortable all the way around. My concern is the hospitality of the staff. There was little to no niceness from a single staff member. In fact upon arrival, the young woman who should have been at the front desk, was sitting in a corner on her cell phone and never noticed me standing and waiting. Definitely a surprise!!! You drive through a residential area to pull into a beautiful property unbelievable, friendly staff clean giant parking lot beautiful hotel. We stayed on Sunday and Monday nights . The parking lot was empty when we arrived, apparently they often sell out over the weekends because they have a venue for weddings and conferences. We had the hotel to ourselves! It was clean, quiet, and has a full-service restaurant where we enjoyed a great breakfast both mornings. The staff was great, and even after a big weekend, the hotel was spotless and ready for guests when we arrived. The room was spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was wonderful. The front desk staff are all super friendly and helpful. The one afternoon girl, her aura is one of a kind and makes you feel welcome. Food at the bar was delicious, worth the price ! Take a walk near the creek, it is beautiful and peaceful at night time.
