This was our 3 rd year with you for convention time so never wven looked when booked as soon as we knew date for convention so disappointed when we checked in and found out no pool --next year sad to say need find another hotel whoke reason puck hotels is pool

All was well with the stay, staff and property was great. Only problem for me and my boys was the tv was lagging during the nfl divisional weekend! Games were pausing at crucial times to the point that my sons and I had to rush to the lobby to finishing watching the games. Besides that the hotel is at a great location right across the street from the reading terminal market (great food and drinks). Also no hotel parking, but spot right nice door is convenient but a little pricey at $65 a day.

We were here for five days. The breakfast was not good. The pantry items were outdated and stale, while being overpriced. The dryers had one functional, the other was down. The one functional one took almost $20 to get our clothes dry from ONE load. Our room was dirty and my wife found two roaches in the morning of the second day. We changed rooms and it wasn’t any better. Only thing going for this hotel is the location.
