The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please clean up any messes. Place used towels in the bathtub, and leave all other linens on the beds.
Please close the door firmly and press the lock button on the keypad to secure the door. Place the parking pass back on dining room table. Failure to leave pass will result in a $50 fine.
Turn off the AC/heat, fans, lights, TVs, etc., and leave the remotes on the table.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

If you lose or forget to leave the parking pass on dining room table an additional $50 fee will need to be paid for replacement.

We had a brief but wonderful stay. It was very clean and comfortable. The kids loved the layout of the house and I loved the front sitting room over looking the shops and the bed :) It was more than we wanted to spend for one night but it was a great experience for all of us, and the host was very quick to respond to questions. If we didn’t have to leave so early it was as excellent location for exploring the town. We would definitely stay there again.
