From Delays to Delight — Thanks to Chevy’s Comedy

Upon arrival at the hotel, the front desk staff—particularly Chevy—greeted us with a warm smile and a humorous comment that made us laugh. After a long day filled with flight delays and rental car issues, this small gesture was genuinely appreciated. Chevy continued to greet every guest with a cheerful "Good Morning," which created a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel itself could benefit from some updates. The carpet appeared worn and dated. However, the rooms were overall clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable, which made for a restful stay. Breakfast was consistently hot, well-stocked, and ready each morning—definitely a highlight of the stay. The hotel's location was also convenient, with several restaurants nearby.

Room was nice but property overall appeared a bit old. Front desk staff generally helpful but spoke too fast to understand on the phone. The airport shuttle was very late for pickup. The breakfast was minimal but OK. Inexpensive, safe, and functional. Not much else.

Shower and sink were dirty ,refrigerator was dirty no ice on the second floor.... could smell Marijuana through out the hotel.... sheets were dirty horrible stay ,charged me $2.50 for a can of soda no bottle soda but 6oz can Receptionist was not friendly very rude .... Dont waste your money !!!!

Terrible experience and not a great location if you are staying more than a night. Damp and smelly rooms and corridors No wardrobe or hangers anywhere - not even in the bath Primitive setup Tele / cable was not working Patchy internet - so practically you are hung and with no option but to force yourself to sleep

The television remote didn't work properly. The replacement did work much better. They brought a paper guide for the channels. The elevator was broken the next morning and I had to walk downstairs for breakfast. When I was checking out housekeeping told me there was an elevator at the other end of the hall and it did work.

The unidentifiable bad smells in the hallways and room were very strong had to use my own spray to try to mask it in the room with no luck, carpeting was very discolored and stained throughout, we received 2 random calls at 2am not from front desk but very odd/creepy and disrupted our sleep, door pad for keycard never worked had to have management upstairs multiple times and room itself was outdated/run down and door had wide spaces could hear everything in the hallway. The keycard not working was very frustrating after our long days out to come back having to wait to be let in and pad needing to be charged multiple times. Very unhappy with this stay not worth 333.56 spent. Staff were the only good experience they worked with what they had, I appreciate the front desk staff.
