• Late Check-Out: 12:00 PM (if available) for an additional $25

⚠️CHECK OUT POLICY:
Standard checkout time is 10:00 AM. Late checkout until 12:00 PM is only permitted if approved in writing in advance.
Guests must vacate the property by their specifically authorized checkout time (either 10:00 AM or 12:00 PM).
Any departure after the approved checkout time, even by a few minutes, will result in a $100 late checkout fee to cover cleaning team rescheduling, operational delays, and impact to incoming guests.

Please note that parties or events of any kind are strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized gatherings or events will result in a $1000 fine and immediate cancellation of the reservation.

Surveillance cameras are in the hallways of the building that monitor & record all activity 24/hrs.

This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Also, in the case of any guests using illicit drugs within the unit or building. All guests will be reported to local authorities and evicted immediately.

There are several public parking lots nearby, all within a short walk or drive from the property, so you’ll have plenty of options.

We recommend using the `BestParking` app, which shows all available public parking spots in the area and allows you to compare prices. It’s a tool that many of our guests have found really useful!


PLEASE NOTE: We are pet-friendly, but pets must be registered at the time of booking. A non-refundable ($25 per pet/per day pet) fee will automatically be added to your reservation. If a pet is found on the premises without prior registration, your reservation will be cancelled, you will be evicted, and a $500 fine will be charged by Airbnb.
