I wouldn't choose it again

The apartment is well located, close to the train station and a nice shopping area, it's also a walking distance from the heart of the city (20mins walk). In general that apartment is ok but not worth the price: it's on a very busy street and with not isolated window so the main bedroom is extremely loud and the curtain does not shed well the light, I ended up sleeping on the second bedroom that is located on the back. The apartment is well equiped and owner is available for information. I found the bathrooms old and not very pleasant to use. The general level of cleanliness was ok but not exceptional, I've found some dirt on the floor and in the fridge.
