Nice inside

The apartment appears to have been recently renovated and is fairly well put together. There is street parking available in the vicinity, but be sure to check the signs. There are several relatively easy improvements the host could make to improve the property, though: 1. Replace the couch - saggy in the middle and with springs popping up on either side 2. The door to the bedroom doesn't close 3. There was only one towel (bath towel). It would have been nice to have a wash cloth and hand towel for the bathroom. It would also have been nice to have a dish towel in the kitchen. 4. One of the curtain rods and the accompanying curtain in the living room wasn't hung up, so there was no way to cover that window.
