Every year, my daughter and attend a show in Sellerserville and we stay at this hotel. The price is very reasonable, property and room is very kept and quiet and the staff is always pleasant, courteous and accommodating. I highly recommend a stay here.

What a dump and I was over charged for an extra night. The staff I dealt with were rude and nasty. Filthy rooms and the bed sheet had an apparent menstrual blood stain. There are so many better choices of hotels in this area.

-waffle machine worked perfectly every time, even with no spray (would've been nice to have a few toppings beyond syrup) -it's an old bldg in an old area, but relatively good value compared to what's around -if you want to watch Netflix, Prime, etc. make sure the casting is set up properly at the beginning of your stay (the room TV somehow thought it was in a different room number and this made casting impossible)
