The place is sketchy at best. The “residents” well, were sketchy too. It’s an old place and not well maintained. The smells were a mixed bag of cigarettes/weed and something else. The room appeared clean and as of 3 days out not bug bites, etc. All amenities were functioning; lights, fridge etc. I gave it 3 stars bc my vehicle was still where I parked it and undamaged. There’s a holiday Inn across the street, book there.

The rooms are dirty I hope there's no bed bugs but I did not go in there itching I booked a room for Friday to a Saturday at the Expedia advertise price I all then I extended the stay for Saturday to Sunday I requested to be in the same room they told me that would be an extra $14 hoping I will give him cash when I confronted them about the extra $14 they got upset that I confronted them and threatened to kick me off the property so in order for me not to lose my deposit I played it cool and just recorded it I feel like those two ladies that was there but Saturday and Sunday are overcharging people hoping that they will pay in cash so they can pocket some money because if you booked through a third party that's what the price is but since I put it on my debit card they can't hide that $14 and of course I demanded a receipt always pay attention to what people charge you never agree always question when you see something wrong and always record on your phone how you left the room which I did just in case they want to add something you didn't do I always take videos on how I left the room so they know I'm leaving their property the way I received it it's just another way to cover yourself amongst rude individuals for no reason

I booked from the second to the 3rd no problem the only room they had on the ground floor was a handicap I booked again to stay in the same room now they want to move me to another room or I got to pay $14 extra dollars for the same room I stayed in last night from the second to the Third from the 3rd to the 4th is extra $14 for the same room wow
