The front desk receptionist Chris was great and I forgot the other young lady at the desk but they were very helpful and asked us how the room was. We told them it was a great experience because it was like a house had everything almost made it feel like you were home. Definitely would recommend it and would come back next time. Room did not have paper towels. When I asked for some they told me they did not have any and later gave me napkins. I read reviews about a shuttle to Sesame place (as it was one reason I booked) and when I asked about it the check in person laughed and said they haven't had that in years. I was not told about the $5 per day parking fee before I checked out and was surprised to see the charge on my bill. When I went to ask for coffee at 8pm (at the all day coffee and tea table) they informed me they didn't have any more and they wouldn't bring any more. The toilet paper holder was broken and we needed to keep the toilet paper roll on the floor as it kept falling. Probably the biggest disappointment was the sofa bed. It was EXTREMELY uncomfortable (like I need to get a massage bad). It felt like the spring and beam were all jutting out. It was unusable to the point that I just slept on the coach which wasn't much better actually. There were some stains on the carpet. I didn't make a fuss as I am not one to complain and being with my wife and two children I tried not to focus on the negative. I would not book again and I would not recommend anyone to book here either.

highly recommend this property for a comfortable and convenient stay. The room was impressively spacious and included a full kitchenette, which made it easy to prepare meals and feel at home. The pool and jacuzzi were well maintained and a great size—perfect for relaxing after a long day. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which offered a good variety of options to start the day right. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and informative throughout my stay. I would definitely return and recommend it to others looking for a relaxing, well-equipped place to stay.
