The room was great! Everything was clean and there are lots of neat amenities like a nightlight in the bathroom and a magnifier mirror by the bathroom sink. Staff were great and we were given complimentary access to the guest lounge on the 20th floor, which provided soft drinks in the evening and a hot breakfast in the morning.

Room condition was great. Staff at front desk at check in were great. The $30 "breakfast" upstairs was really really bad. Not much of a sitting area. Not great food. Construction crews chatting loudly. I know there were renovations, but don't charge $30.... The staff were really nice. The meal.... not so great.

We had an excellent stay. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you're visiting UPenn. This hotel is in an excellent location, very close to campus.

The receptions were an AMAZING , that morning we decided to walk to Sabrina’s AMAZING breakfast place. I might say. We would not have made it back at 11 for checkout so we called and asked for a late check out. She said sure . We were so pleased we could enjoy our breakfast without rushing. I will definitely be back. Thank you Sheraton.
