We had a rough start with this property. It has two addresses one for the front and one for the back and the parking garage is not connected to the building, so that was difficult to decipher when first arriving. Also, since there is no real parking outside the location carrying all your belongings from the parking garage to the apartment was a bit difficult. The property was in an apartment building, so all the smells and noise of an apartment accompanies your stay, so plan on explaining to your children what pot smells like. To their credit they tried to explain how to get into the building with the code but the directions were difficult to follow. The inside was clean, for the most part but certainly was not deep cleaned and places like the bathroom and shower could have been cleaned better. The outside area had quite a bit of trash laying around, but a lot of cities do. The only views from the property are the other buildings or the ally/parking garage. If you want city views you need to go to the roof top and look from there. It was a bit cool and rainy when we were there but the roof top does look like a neat place to hang out. They did have some neat pictures but also had 5 gallon buckets for the bed side tables. It says in their description the property has an air mattress however when we inquired about it they said it has to be requested...it does not say that. So when we requested it after not finding it they just stopped communicating with us.
