It was worth the price! Our room was huge and clean. We did not experience any noise issues like some have mentioned. We loved the amenities and softness of the beds. We’d book again!

Unable to speak to a human after 5 attempts. Room was 87 degrees w/ temp turned down to 65, outside was 84; bad night's rest.
On the bright side, Hannah a concierge? who I fortunately happened to run into, procured a missing remote for my TV & went through the entire programming process. She deserves 5 Stars!

AC broken horrible service.
The AC was broken. Notified Staff thermostat read between 80-86 degrees all night. Was promised Fan delivery at 10pm never got it. Couldn’t sleep due to extreme heat. Want full refund. Was told they were coming to service AC today AFTER I checked out.
Very low-touch hotel experience--no staff interaction; use of codes to gain access. Room was spacious/good layout, clean, basic amenities. Several good nearby restaurants, shops; able to walk to many other local sites. However, saw more homeless individuals in the vicinity, also likely due to hotel location.
Excellent price. Excellent location. Hot water available immediately. Bed was comfortable. Only 3 drawbacks were: no bathtub and also no place to eat and you can't watch TV from the bed.
Spacious, thoughtfully decorated rooms. Huge bathroom space. Very central location. My first time staying at an all tech entrance hotel. I really liked it, felt safe and made things easier to not have to think of key. Extra towels and coffee/tea always available in lounge. Will def stay again.
It's a perfect location for convenience in the city if you are visiting to look around. The Sonder hotel was excellent. Zero complaints! Very comfortable
Great place to stay & a good area with.lots if things to do in walikng distance

Elevator broke
Elevator was broken which was not a good thing for us due to my husbands surgery. Seems to be an ongoing thing as it's mentioned in many of the reviews and they even have a very nice laminated sign they post up. The key pad numbers are worn off on the outside doors and the keypad is very low on the wall
Stay was otherwise okay, but the elevator broke down and the entrance became this dodgy emergency exit beside Bud and Marilyn's pub and the door is so hard to open I literally felt like I was just asking to be mugged or gunned down. There's a lot of unhoused folk around the area and they will 100% approach you as you struggle to open this huge and sketchy door. There's no front desk or concierge which otherwise would have been great except for the fact that I was left alone to deal with this horrible broken elevator/door situation. I called in to let them know the door is hard to open and they asked me to simply try harder. Their customer service is not based in the US and the people they ask to help you 1000% don't know what the heck they're doing. They did give me complimentary 1 hour extension on my check out time for my troubles but honestly that was so not worth it, and I had to call for that twice because the previous person who asked me to try harder to open the door did not put in the request for my late check in (they charge you 20 dollars for 1 hour late check out and 40 for 2 hours)! All in all it would have been an okay stay if (1) Elevator did not break down or (2) they had emergency stairs INSIDE the building and not make me go through a dodgy side street.
It's otherwise walkable, about a ten minute walk to City Hall and another ten minute walk to places like Cleavers and Rittenhouse Square. Just pray the elevator does not break down when you're there.

Not for me
The room at first glance seems nice and it’s very big which is great but that’s kinda where the good stuff ends. They have a white noise machine which is supposed to be from outdoor noises but the walls are paper thin and the bathroom fan is crazy loud when toilet flushing is like a plane taking off. And you can hear your neighbors doing these things. No microwave in the room I had. Shower is old style and very small, my elbows hit the walls several times. And then there’s the three separate occupancy sensors inside of the room presumably to enforce their rule that all guess be identified to Sonder and that no guest id allowed to stay overnight unless they are registered. It was eerily quiet except for the bathroom noises and didn’t feel welcoming and bustling like a regular hotel. It’s definitely a hotel for people who don’t want to stay at the hotel for long or who are traveling alone and prefer to travel out to meet people. Oh and the tv picture quality was really bad it was hard to see certain things.i left the last two days of my three day stay to the doubletree because i just didn’t feel comfortable there.
