My first time staying at a Sonder. The location was close to Temple University. Parking lot access right next door. Room was spacious and had all the amenities. My husband is handicap and in a wheelchair so I live chatted and asked for assistance and even though there is no on site help they sent Jonathan to help and he was great. Like your own little apartment. Only con was could hear person above us walking. Sounded like jolly green giant.

I loved how you can walk to many places that has so much culture like love park, museums, and many good bars and restaurants. The view at nice is also a plus from the room and rooftop amazing. Also loved the privacy. What I didn’t like was the looked nice but had so many damages and black smudges on the white walls. Try to get room change and never received a response until the 2nd day I was there, mind you I was there for 3 days. Also had stains on the comforter and the extra one was ripped. I requested a new one didn’t happened until the next day. The elevator also had went out and they never gave a notice even though they say they did. So would I come back to this Sonder no I would not and would not recommend.

The only complaints I have is that my shower head was broken and it was a little noisy. They did however provide earplugs which was beet helpful.

Nice but loud and unsecure entry to main hallway

It would be ideal hotel for a solo trip with no kids. No front counter or drive up area to unload luggage Door to the lobby is very unsecure, questionable People in the hallway at times. Rooms are very loud due to outside traffic. Rooms were nice, probably would not stay there again.

Fantastic location

The apartment was beautiful and within easy walking distance of everything. The view was spectacular. The terrace would be lovely when the weather is warmer. I am already planning another trip. There are only 2 things to be aware of: 1) unloading luggage is challenging, there isn't really a good place to park 2) be aware that the main bed is a double and not a queen.

The walls were dirty in spots, dryer kept clothes damp after it was on for three hours, dish sponge was in plastic wrapper but when I opened it, the sponge was damp which I didn’t expect. Garbage disposal was not cleaned upon arrival. When I turned it on, it spit food back into the sink. Hotel is on a desolate street and the entrance is down an alley. There are homeless people sleeping on the corner - since the hotel has no staff there is no way to avoid this. The luggage lockers are supposed to only be occupied by guests for 24 hours max at a time. The lockers were occupied more than 24 hours and I checked very, very often. This hotel functions on the fact that they have no staff so please do not expect anyone from the chat function/call center to help you. I was ghosted multiple times (I took snapshots to prove it) and told on the phone there was nothing they could do. Save your money and stay somewhere with real people that care.

I was expecting a more equipped kitchen. The knives are partially damaged. The microwave is awkwardly positioned; hard to reach. The dishwasher was inoperable; had stagnant water in it. Chairs and the kitchen table did not look clean. Shower stall in the bathroom is too narrow. Position of the soap bottles on the side wall make the shower stall effectively narrower. It is inconvenient to reach the handle and open the water tap without cold water falling on you as the showerhead is vertically positioned right above. All in all, I was expecting somewhat better for the price tag.
