We arrived to a room with broken toilet and food on the floor in corner. We notified the front desk and they said they’d send someone up. No one ever came. I ended up fixing the toilet myself. Food still on floor. Later that night, toilet broke again, I fixed it once more. Next day we leave all day, come back at 5PM… no one turned over our room. Food still on floor. The room was just in very bad condition over all. Burn marks on carpet, sink only had blazing hot water, broken toilet, food from last guests still on floor, etc. We notified front desk again and still no one came. We found a nice maintenance guy who ended up coming to our room to help and he went to get us towels. We only picked this hotel for the pool which was HORRIBLE. The “pool bar” is a joke, small bar cart in corner limited offerings. My friend said it felt like 6 flags.

Good place to stay within nice area

The location is great, and the service is excellent. While the view from my room wasn’t that good, the overall look of the room is nice and spacious. Also, the pool area was nice!

Our stay was going fine until we spotted a mouse in our room at 3am! & when we called the front desk, they just offered for us to switch rooms (we did) but the new room was worse than the first one. Phone didn’t work, low water pressure in the shower, big stains on the carpet, low department-store looking ceilings & uncomfortable beds. I haven’t had any issue with any other Sonesta before this.

This was property was fair at best, it needs major upgrades from the bar, needs a kitchen , breakfast menu was substandard, pantry was limited with food and drink items. Was not given an upgrade even though I requested it. The rooms was okay, but I was not placed on the top level of the hotel as requested. , it was very noisy at night from outside Internet was good. TV needs more channels Tansportation was good. Was able to catch a Uber during our stay.
