It's like a home when you travel to Philly seeking a peaceful yet lively stay. Capacity is up 8. It is elegantly designed and convenient for individuals/families. You will find various restaurants, stores, colleges, and SEPTA/Amtrak stations within a walking zone. The enclosed backyard with BBQ/Play Sandbox.....
★The ground floor hosts a living/dining room and a full kitchen. The dining table can sit comfortably 8. The living room has a decorative fireplace and a new 60-inch HD Smart TV with free Netflix and Prime Video. The fully equipped kitchen has a marble countertop with a wine bar and a full-sized fridge, a new stove, a dishwasher, coffee/ tea pots, and a microwave.

★The second floor has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, both newly remodeled. The master bedroom has its own full bath with shower. A full-size crib is also available.

★The third-floor attic is a unique gallery with original paintings done by the owner. It is a very quiet and cozy room with a new Smart TV. The attic is an art studio which also serves as a den. The owner provides you with supplies to try your hand at painting. Want to sip tea while enjoying painting? There is a tea set with free high-quality tea. There is also a queen size bed just in case for additional sleeping needs. You can work here/enjoy tea here/paint by yourself here/family gathering here/relax here.

★Ground floor:
Laundry is located in the newly finished basement which has a half-bath and Ping-Pong table and a 7-in-1 multi-game table is provided for your entertainment. 1 new washing machine and 2 new dryers.

★Backyard: There are seasonal organic vegetables and flowers in the backyard garden. BBQ and table/chairs are ready for use on the patio. Sandbox for Children.

★Parking: 2-3 car private parking.
