A quality and peaceful place for a comfortable stay for up to 3+1(baby) guests(one queen bed and two sofa beds and full size crib). Poor communication

We requested a refund but the owner would not approve it. Yes, we were outside the refund period; however, we never stayed at the property and the least they could have done would be to give a partial refund - even for the pet fee!
