The Neighborhood:

Encompassing the city’s busiest and most densely packed cultural, historical and entertaining neighborhoods, Center City — bracketed east/west from the Delaware River to the Schuylkill River, and north/south from Spring Garden Street to South Street — features Philly’s premier downtown area as well as an ever-expanding skyline.



It’s also home to the city’s most historic neighborhoods — including Old City and Society Hill — as well as many tourist attractions, on Independence Mall and elsewhere.



As a primary destination for travelers, Center City boasts a majority of the biggest and toniest hotels in the region, and more restaurants, bars and cafes than any other part of the city. Sparkling nightlife and dining options under the Center City umbrella include Chinatown, Rittenhouse Square and Old City.



Getting Around:

Philadelphia, one of the country’s most walkable cities, is incredibly easy to navigate either by foot or by public transportation. That just leaves one question: Where to park the car?



On-Street Parking

Philadelphia has thousands of metered spots throughout the city, perfect if you only plan to park for an hour or two. Each residential and business area of the city has parking regulations tailored to that neighborhood’s needs; signs indicate the time limit and the hours during which the meter must be paid. Every metered block also includes one space reserved for people with disabilities.

In front of the apartment, parking is free on Sunday or after 6:30PM, but is limited to 2-hours during the day.



Neighborhood Parking

Some Philly neighborhoods offer permit parking for area residents. Visitors are allowed to park on these streets for up to two hours, and will be ticketed if they stay longer than that. Be sure to read all parking signs very carefully before leaving your car to avoid ticketing and towing during hours in which parking may be prohibited.

For moving around, you'll also find several bus stops, bike ride-sharing stations, and subway stations.



Otherwise, we recommend moving around the city using uber or lyft - its fairly affordable & we'd be happy to share discount codes with you!

- This Sosuite is conveniently located on the ground floor, only 1 step is required to access the unit.

- This is a staff-less property. We provide a full contactless check-in process, supported by our 24/7 guest experience team via message or phone to assist you with anything you need during your stay

- Extra cleaning services can be requested during your stay for an additional fee

- Pets are welcome, $250/month.

- A $250 deposit may be collected before check-in, and ID collection/waiver may be required.
