I came at the busiest time of the weekend with hockey teams and philly’s Super Bowl parade, so it was expected to be busy but even through that it was peaceful and easy to deal. I’ll stay again

The woman at check in was very helpful and professional. I do not understand the $20 charge for incidentals and it is still listed as a charge on our credit account. I was surprised at that charge. The hotel was very clean, pleasant, quiet and a very nice place. We were very pleased.

The property was quite loud. People yelling and running through the hallway at all hours. We did not have Wifi for two days because it was not working. The kitchen lacks any housewares that would make the kitchen useful. The refrigerator is dorm room sized. However, most concerning was the disregard for security. My husband's key card would not open one of the auxiliary doors to outside. He asked the front desk to assist with the issue. Without asking for identification or even his name, they reprogrammed his card. He could have been anyone.
