We were given an ADA room that had a broken handshower and no standard shower head. The floor was dirty even our socks were black. I asked to switch to another room as we have a small child that needed to give her a bath. Management said there were no other rooms available and when I inquired on why I was given this room to begin with. They said it was because I booked via a third-party website and I have to get whatever is available. We will never come back here again or book from Hotels.com.

I have been coming to this hotel quite a few times. The reason is I need to visit my brother who is in assistance living care. The front desk workers are a huge supporter of my needs. They are very nice and helpful. I also need to have a daily walk and the trail is nearby. That is a big plus.

The hotel was nice but you could hear EVERYTHING from the surrounding rooms. The footsteps of the room above me were super loud, any time a door closed in my hallway it sounded like my door was closing. It was a nice hotel, but not super quiet.
