Too many issues
I usually dont like to give bad ratings but I had to address the issues for this stay. This hotel has potential but first you have to invest in an older hotel if you wish to keep it open. The first issue is the cleanliness. The window curtain had a nasty ridiculous stain very noticeable. The floor was sticky. The toilet did not flush properly. The maintenance guy came and plunged but the problem was not resolved. I did not like that my guests and I had to turn in a set of towels before getting new ones. We had 4 in our room. The towels were very dingy and had spots just didn't look clean. The mattresses were not good at all very sunken and not firm. The air conditioner was not cooling properly. The console furniture wood distorted just needed to be replaced with new console. The light switch covers needed to be replaced they were not covered in bathroom. We finally were transferred to a new room after still having toilet issues. If the room we were transferred to was our first room I would have given a much better rating. It was much better and cleaner I must say they accommodated us quickly after 2nd complaint.
