Front desk person gave someone else our room key and they tried to get into our room which they were told by hotel staff was their room (in the middle of the night) - they mixed up our rooms and us and another guest had keys to same room. I would definitely have given it five stars only the morning we were there, loud construction, drilling, banging near our room. We had to work downstairs in common area. We were notified of it at check in, but still affected our experience. Otherwise, everything about the hotel was awesome!
