Benjamin, Allen, The housekeepers ladies and the pool staff are amazing. We did had a little situation with the room. But Benjamin resolved it, right away he is amazing. This is our 3rd time at Windsor and I will do it again. This time my mom came with her service dog. And the treatment was phenomenal. clean, caring, pet friendly, helpful, and beyond. Thank you for your phenomenal hospitality.

Worn and sad with great views

It's been okay, the gem here is the skyline view. However there are enough trouble areas that would need to before corrected before returning: -Toilet paper holder is broken -Makeup mirror is broken -Ceiling is covered in sticky remnants of...? -Lounge has cereal and yogurt but no spoons and nothing else to offer for breakfast -WiFi did not work the entire duration -Overall heavily worn out furniture with many stains Nice concept, but little maintenance ruins execution

The property was great it was in a nice location, staff was friendly the only issue we had which was very disappointing was the fire alarm went off because of the steam from the shower and we called front desk around 4pm they assured us they’d send someone over to turn it off and we never heard back. I was able to turn it off myself and went out for the day, when we returned around midnight someone finally showed up to the room inquiring about the smoke alarm. I told them it was already off and we had called around 4pm they just said it was signaling that there was smoke in the room even though we had just returned and then the attendant didn’t go in to check if anything else was triggering their alarm.

So happy i found this place!

So happy I found this place. It was more than enough space and the balcony was a nice option to have although I never use it. The location was also perfect. This will be my go to spot. No need to change it up. It’s perfect!

Not as advertised…

The room we got was not what the pictures showed. The toilet was loose and there was no toilet paper and the toilet paper holder was broke. The shower handle didn’t operate properly. It was scolding or freezing. Also, the waterfall part didn’t even work. The “club” room was used buy everybody that went to the pool because the doors didn’t shut properly so not much was available as far as snacks or breakfast stuff. The room also did not have USB C charging ports. Needs some updating. The only good thing was the valet staff was super helpful and friendly. Def won’t be staying at a Windsor again. Kind of felt cheated out of my money.
