They lost power in the middle of the night because of that we couldn’t shower in the morning, we tried but it was ice cold. We went to have breakfast but it wasn’t put out until after 9:30

Came into town to see a few shows so I was awake very late at night and then woken up at 9am to full on construction. Hammers , Saws , drills. All at once .. I spoke with Cat in the morning. She did comp my first night due to being woken up like this. Switched rooms and still heard it. Then I spoke with Delia and she took it from there . These 2 wonderful people are the only reason I finished my stay here. Cat and Delia went above and beyond any hotel staff has ever went for me. But unfortunately still not happy with the stay. The beds are horrible. Spring 10 inch bed? My wife and I backs are killing us. The tvs are slow far from smart. 3 remotes to turn the tv on/off - volume up/down? The tvs are all set on max brightness? And the remotes you get don’t allow you to turn it down . The tv is so bright I can see it through a sheet.. The rooms are nothing like the pictures and I would know I seen over 10 rooms trying to find a room where the noise wasn’t effected. Unfortunately I will not be returning to the Windsor if I come back to Philly .

We could not take a shower 3 of the nights due to the water being sooooo hot . We called maintenance but they could not fix the water . We paid extra for a balcony room and the doors were broken and would not open . They told me it is due to cooler weather..Hotel was supposed to reimburse me but they never did and it is now two months and snow reimbursement

Floors had gross stains We tried to rest in the room on Friday afternoon 1/17/16 and there was some king of construction going on with loud jack hammering or drilling type noises Thin this am on 1/19/26 we lost power in the entire building from about 4am - 645 am. We lost heat and couldn't shower bc of no hot water. We decided to check out early. They couldn't give us a bill or check us out appropriatly bc of no internet or computer service? Very Disappointed with the Stay.

Very convenient location and had geat amenities. Only minor issues were with the remotes and bed size. Living room remote wouldn't change the channel, and bedroom remote you had to use the tv to change volume. Also, feel the King sbed may have been a Queen? Would stay here again.
