it was a great location but the parking was exorbitant! they say you can't get a discount as a guest bc the parking is owned by a different company yet they charged me for it on my hotel bill!?!

The television had no service. The tub had the worst grime ring around it. No housekeeping for the night, so security had to bring my request. This was one the worst stays at this hotel to date.

Loved Loved Loved It!

We were so pleased with everything! Everyone was friendly and accommodating (front desk, housekeeping & valet parking), and the room was super clean and nicely appointed. The bed was so comfy (we overslept and had to ask for a little more time to check out!). The pool and observation deck was really beautiful. Sadly, it was raining so we couldn't swim or hang out there for very long. The gym had top-of-the-line equipment, and the coffee station in the lobby was very much appreciated this morning! The kitchenette had a Keuring machine, but we didn't have any cream so we just got coffee downstairs and brought it up to enjoy with our view from the room. Even the closet was great (oversized), and a bonus...the whole hotel smelled great! Thanks for a really nice stay. We are looking for reasons to come back.

THE ROOM WAS A NICE SIZE . THE HEAD BOARDS WERE SCRATCHED. DESK CHAIR WAS DIRTY NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. THE BATH ROOM WAS JUST OK. FOR THE PRICE FOR ONE NIGHT, I EXPECTED BETTER. THE GREAT SIDE WAS THE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE LADY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. WE WERE ABLE TO CHECK IN EARLY. THE SECURITY WAS DEFINITELY ON POINT. KUDOS TO ALLIED UNIVERSAL SECURITY 👏. THE VIEW WAS IMPECCABLE! LOCATION WAS WALKING DISTANCE TO CITY HALL AND PHILADELPHIA ART MUSEUM. CONVENIENTLY LOCATED TO LOCAL RESTAURANTS.

Friendly staff. Walls are super thin, could hear neighbors all night, and they were having conversation at normal tone. Shower head was broken, had to wait a few hours to get a new one, so couldn’t go to bed until that was addressed. No working TV , had to have that fixed as well. Maintenance guy was super nice and helpful when he arrived.

Great place!

We loved the large room and the beautiful view of the church across the street. The only problem was the shower head which kept sliding down the pole and we had trouble figuring out how to get the cold water to work. However, overall we really enjoyed our stay. Including the great location and the 2 free drinks at the restaurant downstairs.
