Overall, this was a below average hotel but close to a lot of things and walkable to many restaurants. The room we got was not at all like the one pictured when we booked. The room was also not very clean - felt very dusty, marks on the walls and doors. Paint job was pretty bad too. Shower was old and slightly rusty. The property was pretty outdated. Overall staff was good.

In addition to the room being dirty when we checked in ( I can’t add pictures but will on Yelp - sauce splashed on the wall from a previous occupants meal, spilled drinks, and broken drawers…), the TV didn’t work even with maintenance coming multiple times to press buttons and unplug and replug wires. I planned to extend our stay here by a day, but we will be checking out and going elsewhere. I do NOT recommend this place.

I Like having a warm lobby to park your car! I like the complimentary coffee in the mornings. I like the location a ton. Rooms are clean and I say that also with a clean and updated vibe. Not a “clean and old vibe” Anyway this is my favorite hotel for many reasons in the city. Con Murphys downstairs has great food and a quaint Irish bar feel!

The room was fantastic— we loved having a little kitchen, a HUGE closet, and a very cozy bedroom. The staff was so courteous by not just meeting, but exceeding our standards. It’s in the perfect spot right next to the LOVE sign and in walking distance to so many Philly gems. Only complaint I truly have is that it was a little noisy with some room construction going on next door. Wasn’t too much of a hassle, but I would’ve loved a notice before being waken up in the morning. We are definitely coming back!
