My room had cold water my entire weekend stay and when I called they told me engineers were coming to fix it— then they came and stated they were switching my room so I packed up just for them to keep me in the room and “fix” the water for it to continue to be freezing cold water which made showering difficult. The staff made great efforts and were extremely nice but I had a mediocre stay due to the cold water inconvenience!

Beautiful hotel. Greta location. Irish pub next door was nice as well. Staff was respectful. Only little thing that bothered me was the shower pressure. But that’s just minor and my opinion no biggie.

We arrived early not expecting our room to be ready which was the case. They told us they would text us when the room was ready but that never happened. We tried to call around 5pm to find out the status but left on hold and nobody answered. Finally got to the hotel around 8pm and couldn't get in through the front entrance. Nobody was at the front deck. Stood there for awhile and fonally decided to enter via the parking garage.

The room was clean for the most part. The bottles of shampoo conditioner and body wash the dispenser could have been cleaner. Also the one window had a small air gap. It was windy the first night there and you could feel the air and hear the wind.

The view from the balcony was incredible. The panoramic view from City Hall to the art museum is unmatched. The room was quite large. The kitchen is nice but the space is starting to feel out dated. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Front desk person gave someone else our room key and they tried to get into our room which they were told by hotel staff was their room (in the middle of the night) - they mixed up our rooms and us and another guest had keys to same room. Major security issue!! and major mistake by hotel staff…. Will take business elsewhere!!
