The room was fantastic— we loved having a little kitchen, a HUGE closet, and a very cozy bedroom. The staff was so courteous by not just meeting, but exceeding our standards. It’s in the perfect spot right next to the LOVE sign and in walking distance to so many Philly gems. Only complaint I truly have is that it was a little noisy with some room construction going on next door. Wasn’t too much of a hassle, but I would’ve loved a notice before being waken up in the morning. We are definitely coming back!

All of the staff was friendly and helpful. When we arrived, around 11am, our room wasn't ready but they worked hard to find us a room and even gave us two vouchers for drinks at the pub downstairs. We didn't expect to get a room before 4pm, which is check in time, but they were attentive and thoughtful from the start. The room was beautiful and the location was great. We had a wonderful trip!
