loved the kitchenette. however, there was water on the counter upon checkin. called front desk and they immediately sent staff to evaluate. it was from the dishwasher upstairs so staff quickly corrected the problem by running that hose to that unit's kitchen sink.

Our first room had some kind of brown powder all over the floor and the heat had been off so the room was freezing. The front desk moved us to another room, but the person there acted incredulous when we said our room was not ready to be occupied. And overall the hotel looks far better in pictures than in person. Up close you see all the rusty door hinges and heating equipment, poorly patched dings in the floor, crappy coats of paint, etc. It’s serviceable but I wouldn’t stay again.

Well, our overall stay was good after we changed rooms after the first night. We were given older units that were not what you see on their website so be aware that you may end up with something much less than expected. I had to request updated rooms that were at least decent. They were kind enough to accommodate the request. But keep that in mind.

The heat never got about 71 and it was 9 degrees out. One tiny thin blanket on bed. No area rug or remodeled look like pictures. We got king suite but it was far from pictures. Old out dated, exposed wires in the closet. Was low priced on app so fits that but pictures made it look much nicer. Location and Con Murphys were great.

We loved our stay at Windsor Suites! Our family was visiting for a sports event for a couple of days, and we could not have been more pleased. The location was perfect, convenient to the Philadelphia Museum of Art and other sites. We had a suite, which was luxuriously spacious (a real suite), with a balcony that offered panoramic views of the city. The suite was scrupulously clean, and the hotel staff were wonderful: Every person we encountered was so nice and welcoming. Plus, it was affordable! Thank you again for having us; we look forward to coming back for our next visit to Philly.

To start the rooms telephone wasn’t working so I had to physically go down stairs several times to get them to come up to look at the tv’s remote because initially I was told they would send someone in 10 minutes that turned out to be an hour and thirty minutes later after I complained to front desk for the third time. The phone couldn’t be fixed and after getting a second tv remote that didn’t work unless you were 3 feet from the tv. So all in all it was an experience. The room was also rather draftee around the windows which caused us to have to run the heat at 80 degrees to compensate for all the cold air coming through the seems in the windows.

I love the place. The only thing that I had an issue with was Saturday we woke up to a power outage and it lasts for like four hours or more hours and the second issue was they told us that they did not see our reservation for the Monday and we have to check out until I show my confirmation number otherwise the place was nice.

Our room was very cold both nights. Though the hotel did provide a space heater, the room, especially the floor was cold. Also, the hotel parking garage is a bit of a nightmare. Their staff is friendly but entering their garage was a sh!t show. Be aware, upon booking I wasn't made aware I had to pay for parking each night even though I was a paying guest was was a surprise and disappointing.

Front desk staff was amazing, room was as expected minus the bathroom not being as displayed in the photos. Close to alot of things. Unfortunately the valet service is 55 per nite and they take extremely long was late to every event waiting on the car. But the hotel was amazing
