They didn't tell us they would be under construction when we booked making getting around the hotel difficult. We left a night early because our bed was horrible and the suite that stated 2 bedrooms was actually one bedroom and one small room with a full size bed no windows no vents.

The room I got did not match the room that was advertised on Expedia. I was told by the lobby manager that the pictures that were shown on Expedia for the room I chose were actually for a higher-tier room. As a result, I had an old bathroom and kitchen area. In addition, the shower head is very old and the water pressure was so bad. Also, the elevators take very long and are very small. I had to wait almost 15 minutes on checkout day to use the elevator. The AC unit is also loud.

The rooms were perfect with the extra benefit of the kitchen facilities in the rooms, however due to renovation work being complete in the lobby we had no hot water 4 or 5 times in the morning when trying to get ready which was not ideal! The windsor suites is in a great location!

The hotel is going through a renovation in the lobby, and the wait for the elevators is excruciating. Also, valet parking is expensive and also is a painful experience. You shouldn’t have to stress about getting around your hotel - Lots of really irritable guests, especially at rush times. Sound travels really well through walls. Bathtub was rusty and the drain wouldn’t hold water for a bath. Room was fine overall - tons of closet space and great water pressure.
