My room was dirty, spent the 1st hour of my stay cleaning the kitchen and bathroom, elevator was broken when I checked in, desk oerson never said anything put me on an upper floor, watched me take the luggage trolly out to get my stuff and didn't say a damn thing when I returned to the lobby to use the elevator to my room that's when I discovered it was not working, went to the deask to inquire why she hadn't told .e about ghe situation she said it's been broken all day I thoght you knew, I said how would I know you just checked me in without even a word about the inconvenience! Dumb isn't the word

Extremely disappointed

Got to my room and there was trash under the night stand and no towels in the bathroom. Went to the front desk and was told they didn’t have anymore. What kind of place doesn’t even have enough towels to put 2 per room. Place was full so no other room to move me into. And it was 93* the day I checked in. They told me to come down in the morning as there should some in the laundry which she would run overnight. Went down and still no towels. I stay in a hotel expecting at least a clean room with a comfortable bed and a shower. Lost out here. This is not the place for an overnight stay

The staff were absolutely excellent however the room definitely could have been a lot cleaner, there were stains on the mattress and it seemed they were hesitant to give out extra sheets unless you were exchanging dirty ones. The sheets they did have didn't really fit the mattress well

The pillows on my bed were in very bad condition. I called to see if the staff could send me new ones, but the person who answered my call kept me on the line for a long time, so I hung up. Additionally, the towels were frayed.

original room was dirty, beds unmade, and we were put in a room with a single bed. No extra blankets were available. Floors felt dirty bathroom had a broken toilet handle and was noisy from upstairs. hallway floors were dirty and not vacuumed. The next day we were asked in the middle of the day to come back to move our stuff to the original room because they had now cleaned it and needed to give the room we were in to another visitor. The room the second night had a toilet seat that slid and a TV that was challenged to work. we were in too much of a hurry to be able to argue for a discounted rate for the inconvenience and poor nature of the room, but I feel I would’ve had every right to argue for that.
