The rooms were very clean and the staff were attentive. Our original room had a leaking ac unit. Once we notified the staff they moved us to another room. The beds were very comfortable. They changed out the towels every other day without us asking. We stayed for 4 nights.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay. Great location, front desk was very nice and helpful, very clean, parking garage (40)per night, rooftop pool was amazing after walking around all day in the hot sun. The room was nice bed was comfy. Definitely would recommend. Very good experience.

Good Experience Overall

This was a business trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff in the restaurant was slow the day I ate there. The food was good it just took a while for the order to be prepared and served. I appreciate the opportunity to recycle in the room. The only negative aspect was trying to check-out. The elevators were always filled when trying to leave my floor. The carts were not available, so it took me three trips to get my belongings down to the car.

This place is great for walking to the historical attractions in Philadelphia. A little confusion about the parking garage being valet vs self park. The rooftop pool had a great view and was just what we needed. The room was comfortable and just what we needed after a long day of walking. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

The rooms were old & outdated. Air ventilation was poor, no fan in the bathroom. You could see mold in the ceiling in the bathroom. No bellhop, had to walk up & down eight flights of stairs because there was no cart or elevators available to take luggage and other items to my vehicle.. very poor checkout services…

Clean hotel with very friendly staff. The breakfast was edible, but not especially tasty. We didn’t end up using the pool, but it looked clean and well maintained. Within walking distance to stores, restaurants, bus and subway stops.

The location was perfect. The hotel is next to the U.S. Mint, National Constitution Center, Franklins Grave and Phlash bus stop. A block from Museum of illusions, Franklin’s Museum, and Elfreths Alley. Two blocks from Liberty Bell, Independence Hall and the Pier. It was like living in the neighborhood where it all happened. Phlash comes every 15 min to whisk you to Art Museum, Penitentiary, Reading Terminal market. When all the attractions closed at 5, the rooftop pool is warm. There are a LOT of quick service and restaurants nearby, but the hotel restaurant was also good and not overpriced at all. We were on the top floor so a lovely view and very quiet — even though that’s the floor with the pool, people were not loud coming and going. The neighborhood surrounding is quiet and we did not see anything concerning. One of the buildings has a guard house, manned 24/7. Our rooms and beds were very clean with fridge and microwave. Front desk was overwhelmed one time with about 12 guests checking in at the same time. but the staff maintained calm. Perhaps sitting them in the restaurant next time to wait? I would absolutely stay here again.
