Cozy log cabin located on a mountain side with 60 acres to explore. Hiking and snowshoeing on property. Appalachian trail only minutes away, 16 miles south of Rangeley, home of Saddleback Mt. Relax, take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy the hot tub under the stars. Winter guests will need a 4 wheel drive to climb the steep driveway. One of two short term rentals but with plenty of privacy.

This was a beautiful place! The cabin was well taken care of, the kitchen was full, and the area was absolutely gorgeous in the fall. The only complaint is that it wasn't as private as we'd hope -- there was a privacy screen for the hot tub but there is another cabin and the owners very close by.

The house was beautiful, comfortable, and well stocked. Hot tub was clean, very relaxing. My only recommendation would be to add in the listing that your dog cannot be left in the house unless you bring a crate, we didn’t bring one and would have had it been mentioned. All in all was a great stay
