The upper level features the half bath, laundry and the social areas in an appealing layout. Electric fireplace in the spacious living area, ceramic tile dining area with walkout to a 2nd-level lakeside patio, bright kitchen, breakfast nook & ceramic tile flooring. Tucked away privately, the lower level has two bedrooms with closets and a full bath.
