Directly attached/shared wall (The shared wall has locked door and 2 shudder windows that are open when the unit is not rented but closed for privacy during rentals) - to the East Village Art Gallery and just a minutes walk to a Cat Cove, a great swimming hole, the location is convenient to area amenities. The Gallery has usage throughout the day, mostly on the second floor from 10AM-3PM.
