What a gorgeous oasis in a great district of Phnom Pehn. From arrival and all through our 5 day stay staff throughout the facility were amazing. Always helpful, friendly and professional. The three pools, rooftop dining/bar and in-house spa are perfect for a relaxing escape. The deluxe garden room was amazing including dehumidifier and nice private tree fringed balcony.

Excellent hotel. The amenities are so complete, the decoration is beautiful and minimalist, and eveywhere in the hotel it smells so dreamy. I stay there eveytime I go to Cambodia for business because it's in the center of the city, but it's a resort so peaceful and full of charm.

금번 출장시 요금이 저렴하게 나와 잘 이용했습니다. 주변에 식당들과 마트도 있어 위치가 좋습니다. 다만 객실에 모기가 있었고, 욕실에서는 작은 바퀴벌레도 있었습니다. 샤워실 배수가 잘 안되는 부분도 아쉬웠습니다. 조식이나 수영장 등은 매우 좋습니다.

This USED to be our favorite because the pool is beautiful and had an amazing breakfast. However this time we came snd they made us pay extra $20 for my son, before I never did and then at breakfast they said it was $15 per person for breakfast!!!!!! In Cambodia!!!! RIDICULOUS!!! If it was not so expensive maybe, but the room was already very expensive!!! We will NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!

Perfect

Excellent stay in a stunning hotel. The room was perfect with a large comfortable bed clean stylish bathroom and nice balcony, the room also smelt great. The hotel itself is wonderful with a beautiful swimming pool which is set against an array of green plants and trees. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Perfect stay thank you so much.

We have stayed here many times and loved it. However this time there were several things that made us VERY DISAPPOINTE!Somethings would have been understandable if we had been told, but they did not say anything at check in! There was construction that made breakfast very crowded and felt like you had to rush (a note in our room about the construction said from November 4-10, it is now December 30!), and was loud during the day. There was a NYE party, which was fine, but we were not even allowed to go to the roof to see the balloon drop or fireworks unless we paid $40 per person! As a paying guest this was frustrating. Then, because of the party room service was shut down, so my son could not get the dinner. Again, had we been informed this would have been ok. But we were told when we tried to order. Then, I asked if the spa was open normal hours the front desk said yes. When I went just a little bit later, they said, “sorry, we are closing early for NYE, you can not come.” So frustrating! In addition, when I checked in, I was under the understanding I had a room for three, because when I booked it said it was a 3 person room, and expected to pay extra for only one child (my husband, myself & two kids were staying). But upon check in I had to pay for both children. I did and they said they would bring an extra bed. At 9 pm when we returned to our room, no bed. I called twice and finally it arrived at 10pm. Finally, the AC was very weak and we were all hot at night.
