We were told that an elevator key would be left for us "in a glass by the microwave" - But there wasn't any microwave, let alone an elevator key. We were only there 2 nights and arrived early hours of the morning first night, so by the time they had had one 'waiting at reception ' for us we were already due to check out. We had to ask the security guard every single time to scan the elevator. Also the Gym was locked and so has no place being displayed in the pictures as it is misleading due to the lack of accessibility. The wardrobe was FULL of random stuff, old presents, old clothes - For somewhere that says "You will have full access to the entire apartment" I don't think the wardrobe is part of that apparently - So it's NOT 'FULL access' is it? The rooftop pool is good but wasted as nobody was up there swimming or sunbathing in our only full day there - Only us. The best thing about our stay here I would say was the steam and sauna place across the road - Pretty much the best steam room I've ever been to!
