バスタオル2枚でフェイスタオルが無いとか、ボディソープが無くてシャンプー２つとか… 結構適当な感じ。 部屋は広いけどソファを何でその方向に置くのって感じで置いてたり… リピーターなのがわかったからなのか、朝食の案内も全く無かった。 朝早く到着したのに、すぐにチェックインさせてくれたのは良かったです。　今回の旅行ではスリに遭ったので全体的に最悪だったんだけど。それはホテルの責任ではない。

The only thing to like about this property is the staff. Listed on Orbitz as a four-star property, it is no more than a 2 Star at best. The pictures do not reflect the true look of the hotel. Rooms were dirty with mold in the bathrooms, spots on the bed mattress, unclean floors, lamps missing light bulbs, etc. I was booked to stay five nights but checked out after the first night.

Schoon en een goede service!

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf bij Kolab Sor. Het is zeer schoon, het personeel is ontzettend klantvriendelijk en de kamers zijn voorzien van alle gemakken. Wanneer je in een cozy room verblijft heb je een balkon met prachtig uitzicht over de stad! Het hotel ligt niet middenin het stadscentrum maar wel nabij dus met een tuktuk ben je er zomaar.

ドアマンなど従業員の対応は良いです。ただ、シャワーの温度調整が大変難しく温かかったり急に冷たくなったりと調整がしにくい。朝食のコーヒーがマズイので頑張って欲しいです。

Modern hotel in a very handy location

We stayed 3 nights in this good clean modern hotel with spacious rooms. Away fro center of town but easily accessible to all points with 3 USD Tuk Tuk ride. Breakfast was good . Overall an enjoyable stay.
