Rooms are pretty much what you see in pictures. Smaller than the actual square footage written however but still big. Location is definitely much further than written

This place is a 5/10, but meant in the sense of perfectly average for its cost relative to others in Phnom Penh. It feels like it is slowly falling apart and nothing much is being done about that. For example, the first room we were put in had only one working light. They properly moved us to a new room, but what was odd is that they seemed to not know all 4 or 5 other lights were broken, as if the room hadn't been used in some time. The second room had a broken fan and bathroom shelf and both rooms had a weird smell. Again, for the price it was fine, but just average, not a great deal or anything.

1. The breakfast which I had paid for was unavailable due to the national elections. On the second day the receptionist rustled something up and said they would give a refund - They didn't. 2. The air quality in the unventilated room was very poor. I was covered in an oily film in a very short time and tiny particles of grit kept affecting my eyes. There is a construction project right at the back of the hotel. 3. The chair in the room collapsed when I sat on it. It had obviously been broken for some time and not replaced. I had to find my own replacement from the balcony out front. 4. The general state of repair was poor - Taped up electrical wires sticking out of the walls, plumbing leaks, fridge malfunction etc. The lobby gives a very good impression, with some fine woodwork and furniture, but doesn't seem to be intended for guests' use. It has been probably a good place in the past but bad management and neglect have taken their toll. The staff were the only good feature of this place. They were good, under the circumstances The location is a rather run-down area, but not inconvenient.

It is very well located at walking distance to main museums and palace. Lots of shops and restaurants. All the staff at the Hotel speak well English and are very helpful and kind.

The location here is fantastic, very close to the national museum, silver pagoda and royal palace, as well as Buddhist temple at end of street. In riverside too

Personale i receptionen var venlige og særdeles hjælpsomme. Vi fik hjælp til at søge om udvidelse af visa, hjælp til ombooking af vidererejse grundet lidt mavesyre. Masser af tips og råd på venlig afslappet vis. Central beliggenhed. Værelser er lidt slidt, men alt i alt rigtig god til prisen.

十分方便

樓下便有不同的食肆, 而且很近博物館和皇宮，可以步行過去。我們出發往皇宮也是漫步過去，但回程太晒太熱又忘了路便坐US$2 Tuktuk 回去。旅舍比較殘舊，但算是衛生。

ハウスキーピングに難

以前より悪化しているのは、連泊してもまともに部屋の掃除をしないハウスキーピング。ベッドシーツは勿論ゴミすら放置したまま… 改装工事中で床は埃だらけで、余計に気を使うべきなはずですがお国柄？

ホテル改装工事を朝から晩まで敢行中で、うるさいのと埃が酷すぎる。 ホテル部屋の設備に嘘多数。 セキュリティボックス、ロッカーは壊れていたり、鍵が無く機能していない。 ドライヤーなんて存在しません。誇大広告です。

工事中で早朝から夕方まで騒音と埃っぽい状況

昨年秋までは、ドミトリー6ベッドルームは4ドルで許容範囲。現在×1.5~2倍に上がりました。以前のエアコン壊れた多数の部屋は現在朝から晩まで騒音と埃撒き散らしながらリニューアル工事中。 現在使用できるドミトリーもセーフティーボックスの鍵が無かったり壊れてたり… 共用スペース、ルーフトップバーは廃墟状態で有料レストラン以外はTVすらありません。又、hotels.com から事前決済済みであっても、US ドルの差額や、宿泊料を請求されるので要注意です。
