The staff was friendly and helpful. They assisted with all inquiries. We had 5 rooms, one room had roaches and we were given another room. There were additional roaches seen in that room. A through spraying is probably needed on a regular basis, several times a year.

comfortable place to stay with a lot of amenities for a great price, location superb, close to nightlife and attractions. Staff felt a bit disconnected, seem to be more preoccupied with busloads of tourist arriving soon. The checkout was a joke, unnecessary long and almost mistrusting of the guest, tights why it is not an excellent rating

We were greeted by staff in front of the hotel. As we entered the lobby, we were provided beverages and hand towels to freshen up. The room was spacious and even had a scale for weighing our bags. The staff was responsive in helping us with ground transportation and other needs. It was really a great experience.
