When i arrived the reception had no record of my WOTIF.COM reservation. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL THROUGH WOTIF.COM it will not be available when you arrive. It is now a Chinese hotel with a different name and now i am waiting for my refund. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. NEVER USING WOTIF AGAIN. USE BOOKING.COM NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH THEM. Jye Fulton Sydney

The young man at the front desk was very welcoming... Seemed genuinely happy that you had chosen this property. They are going through a name change to viewpoint, which is a little bit confusing

Good location

I stayed 3 nights in Paragon hotel (name changed in The view point hotel). The location is excellent, right on front of the river. Rooms are a bit outdated but for the price they are ok. Downstairs, close to the lift, there was an immence penetrant smell of toilets. Check in and further service was good. Thete is no restaurant in the hotel, but too many possibilities to eat outside...

Rather sleep in the gutter.

Its a shame this hotel is so shabby and poorly run. It has such potential to be a good hotel given its great riverside location. I have nothing positive to say about this place apart from its location. Everything else was off. Dingy windowless room with only half the light fittings working. Bed was broken, my back is still sore 3 days later. Wifi was flaky to the point of being un-useable. TV reception is terrible. No fridge. Dirty bathroom. Ratty towels. Incompetent reception staff and miserable cleaners. Ive stayed at over a dozen PP hotels, this was the worst hands down. Find somewhere else nearby, plenty of options in the same price range.

朝焼けの見えるホテル

チェックイン時、３名もいたフロントマンだが持って行ったバウチャーをなかなか理解して貰えず、時間を要した。リバービユーを希望し受け入れたもらったが、設備の古いリニュアール前の部屋の様子。 前面道路が、幹線道路の様子で結構通過車両も多く騒音があった。また、リバーサイドでしかも公園（道路）のようになっていてまだ夜明け前から、ボリュームをたっぷり上げてダンスをするグループが出現していた。このホテルの他の部屋でもこの音からは逃げられないかもと思うぐらい強烈。トイレ、シャワーが同室で、然も後付けのシャワーでお湯も暖かくならない。シャワー後のバスタオルしかない。アメニティが貧弱でしょう。 ただし、立地条件はなんと、とても良いと思います。
